Also added to the formula is Calcium which contributes to normal digestive enzyme function and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Betaine HCL increases stomach acid, aiding in the digestion of foods.
Specific nutrients are involved in the cardiovascular system. Thiamine (B1) contributes to normal heart function, while Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
