The vitamins B2, B3, B6, B12, and Magnesium all contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
B vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, and Magnesium all support the normal function of the nervous system.
B1, B3, B6, B12, and Magnesium all contribute to normal psychological function.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, and is often taken at night to target muscle recovery.
The formulation also includes Lavender, which helps to support relaxation.
