Ingredients

  • 400g dark chocolate
  • 90g dairy free butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 bags CardiOat™ Crispy Hearts
  • 70g pistachio nuts
  • 70g mini marshmallows
  • 80g raisins or sultanas

Method

  1. Begin by lining a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and the butter and combine with the maple syrup.
  3. Put a handful of the Crispy Hearts, chopped pistachios, marshmallows, and raisins to one side and fold the rest into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Empty the mixture into the tin and flatten down. Now top with the leftover ingredients and carefully push them in.
  5. Place in the fridge for 60 minutes to set before removing from the tray and cut into squares. Enjoy!
