Ingredients
- 400g dark chocolate
- 90g dairy free butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 bags CardiOat™ Crispy Hearts
- 70g pistachio nuts
- 70g mini marshmallows
- 80g raisins or sultanas
Method
- Begin by lining a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and the butter and combine with the maple syrup.
- Put a handful of the Crispy Hearts, chopped pistachios, marshmallows, and raisins to one side and fold the rest into the chocolate mixture.
- Empty the mixture into the tin and flatten down. Now top with the leftover ingredients and carefully push them in.
- Place in the fridge for 60 minutes to set before removing from the tray and cut into squares. Enjoy!
