Ingredients
- 9 scoops CardiOat™ High Strength Oat Powder
- 350g dates (soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes and drained)
- 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
- 65g cacao powder
- 30g cacao nibs
- 160g crushed walnuts
- 4 figs (sliced)
Method
- In a food processor add drained dates and peanut butter. Blitz until a smooth paste is formed.
- In a mixing bowl combine CardiOat™ Powder, cacao powder, cacao nibs and crushed walnuts.
- Add the date paste to the mixing bowl and combine well. Use hands if need be.
- Empty mixture into a square baking tin and push the mixture down.
- Flatten and place in the fridge to firm up for 30 minutes, before topping with sliced figs and slicing into square.
- Store in fridge.
