Menopause Energy
60 CAPSULES + 60 CAPSULES
Hormonal changes for women can mean a lot of things, from sleepless nights, dry skin, low energy levels, mood swings, poor immune health and changes in the hair, skin and nails. Lifeplan bundles have been created to help you every step of the way. The Energy Bundle consists of Menopause Complex and Coenzyme Q10.
Coenzyme Q10, is a compound naturally produced by your body, which generates energy in every cell. While the body can produce CoQ10 naturally, this production tends to decrease with age, and it becomes more difficult to absorb it through the diet as we age. Low Coenzyme Q10 levels also reduce certain hormone production like oestrogen, which already decline in menopausal women, making symptoms worse.

Our Menopause Energy bundle is tailored to support women in 9 ways
Two daily supplements to lift energy levels during menopause
Menopause Complex – Lifeplan Menopause Complex provides vitamins, minerals and botanical to support women going through the menopause. The addition of Vitamin B6 supports the regulation of hormonal activity and normal function of the nervous system. With Magnesium, Vitamin B5 and Vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin, Magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C also in this formula contribute to the normal psychological function. The decline in hormones can also affect the bones, which is why Magnesium, Vitamin D, Vitamin K and Zinc are included to help maintain normal bones. The addition of Copper, Selenium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Natural phytoestrogens encapsulated are Flaxseed Extract and Soya Isoflavones, which mimic action of oestrogen.
Coenzyme Q10 - The highest concentration of CoQ10 is found in organs that require the most energy like the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs. While the body can produce CoQ10 naturally, this production tends to decrease with age. You can therefore increase the intake through diet (from foods like fatty fish fish, pork, beef, chicken, lentils, soybeans, peanuts, broccoli and cauliflower) and through supplementation. However, absorption of coenzyme Q10 from a plant-based diet is much less than from poultry and fish. Coenzyme Q10 also declines with age and therefore supplementation should be considered.
